Thank you for choosing Fxvamp. We sell digital products such as MetaTrader Expert Advisors (EAs), indicators, dashboards and educational files. Because access to these products is delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory laws in your country.
1. Digital products – instant access
Once payment is completed you are granted access to:

Download link(s) for your EA or other files

License / activation details (if applicable)

Setup or usage instructions
Because digital products cannot be “returned” once delivered, we do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Deciding you no longer want or need the product

Results that do not meet your trading expectations

Incorrect purchase where the product works as described

Failure to read the product description or requirements
Please make sure you read all descriptions and requirements carefully before purchasing.
2. Technical issues
We aim to ensure all products work as described when used on a compatible setup (e.g. correct MetaTrader version, broker type, VPS, etc.).
If you experience a technical issue, you must:

Provide your order details, platform details and a description or screenshots of the issue

Allow us reasonable time to inspect, troubleshoot and assist with installation or configuration
If the product is functioning as described and compatible with your setup, no refund will be provided.
In rare cases where a verified technical problem is caused by us and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, we may, at our sole discretion and subject to your non-excludable rights, offer a repair, replacement or partial/total refund.
3. Performance & trading risk
Our products are tools only. We do not guarantee:

Any level of profit, win rate or account growth

That you will pass prop-firm challenges or meet any specific trading objective
Market conditions, broker execution, slippage, spreads, VPS issues and user-defined settings can all affect results.
Because of this, we do not provide refunds based on trading performance, drawdown, failed challenges or financial losses of any kind.
4. Chargebacks
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us first at fxvampp@gmail.com so we can investigate.
Unauthorised or unjustified chargebacks may result in:

Immediate cancellation of your licenses and access

Blocking of future purchases from Fxvamp
5. Consumer rights
Fxvamp is based in Australia, and nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude or restrict any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Where such rights apply and cannot be excluded, our liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to:

Re-supplying the relevant service; or

Refunding the amount paid for that service.
